The included facilities, such as tennis, table tennis, and watersports, impressed me. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The beach was lovely. I saw golden sand and shallow water. The barista coffee bar inclusion in my B&B meal package was a nice touch.

I saw some minor signs of wear and tear in the suite, but this did not really detract from my experience.

I saw the hotel provide many facilities. There was tennis and table tennis. Watersports equipment was available to use. The spa and gym both seemed well equipped and very maintained.

The staff was attentive. I noticed they are helpful. Nothing was too difficult for them. I saw them always keen to help. Slyvano, the barista, was lovely. He makes a fantastic range of coffees.

My LUX Villa was large, and it enabled my daughter to have a separate room and bathroom. The beds felt very comfortable to sleep in. I found the room to be clean. I had a comprehensive selection of channels on TV.

I found an excellent selection of restaurants to dine in. Most of the time, I ate dinner outside the hotel. I hired a car, and Grand Baie was only 15 minutes away. I did enjoyed the varied buffet selections.

I had the pleasure of dining at Palm Court restaurant. The food offered fantastic VARIETY and quality. The choices were good with really good staff. Krishna, in particular, was very helpful and friendly. The staff were professional and very attentive to my needs.

One minor inconvenience occurred when I requested a specific item from room service, and it took a little longer than expected to arrive. This was just a slight delay, though. The room service menu was extensive.

The resort has two pools, each with about twenty loungers and a shaded area. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I noticed daily cleaning, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

i found myself waiting quite a while for drinks , it got frustrating. the umbrella service buttons on the beach? they didn't seem to work on the adult side , which seemed pointless. there are some serious service gaps.

I noticed the service on the beach was slow. Sometimes drinks took about 40 minutes. all orders are processed on paper. things often got lost this way!

i stayed at the hotel for a few nights. the setting is gorgeous with crystal clear blue water. i enjoyed beautiful sunsets, it had such a relaxed vibe. our suite was spacious and super clean. housekeeping was faultless throughout our stay.

The room i had was slightly tired. service on the beach was slow. i ordered a drink and it took around 40 minutes to arrive! service was better on the adults-only beach! all orders are processed on paper. Things got lost.
